    3 Year Warranty :
          This warranty is an extension of the manufacturer's normal warranty on the equipment used to build this Digital Video Recorder. This warranty will add the additional time necessary to extend the manufacturer's warranty to a period of 3 (three) years from date of purchase. The Digital Video Recorder will be guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications or we shall repair equipment to operate properly at no charge to you (this includes all parts and labor necessary). Such service, repairs or adjustment of this equipment is for the original purchaser only. This warranty does not cover equipment which has been misused, tampered with, serial numbers removed, modified or damaged as a result of accident, liquid, grit, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. This warranty covers Digital Video Recorders purchased and operated in the United States and Canada only. All other areas please negotiate a warranty with one of our authorized agents. We will not accept any return without an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

          In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your digital video recorder, we will gladly refund to the amount of purchase, all we ask is that you tell us why you are unhappy with the product so that we can improve it for future customers.

    Refund can only be completed for buyers that have paid in full. Buyer must have their invoice that came from S3 Security Solutions. Invoice must be stamped "paid" by S3 Security Solutions. The returned digital video recorder must be in the original shipping boxes. All parts, manuals, CD's and accessories must accompany the digital video recorder when returned. The digital video recorder, parts and accessories must appear to be in good working condition. There should be no missing parts inside or outside of the digital video recorder. The seal on the case cover may not be broken. Money back guarantee will not apply to digital video recorders that have shipping damage. We will not accept any return without an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Free Parts and Accessories Replacement :
          If you have a problem with any of your parts or accessories, give us a call. We will advance ship to you the replacement part or accessory at no charge. This is a completely free service for our customers. Parts or accessories includes keyboard, mouse, cords, cables, CD's or anything that was shipped in the same box as the digital video recorder. This will not include the digital video recorder itself.
